- LKLinsey KlingeJun 30, 20251.0I'm not sure what happened to be honest, I messaged the company asking them if they could come out and take a look at my washer and fridge... Made an appointment for same day so that was awesome, they were super responsive and seemed to understand my situation (single mom 1 income and 5 ppl to care for) fast-forward to the appointment.... The tech looked at the fridge and immediately said this can't be fixed and quickly moved on to the washer he tested a few things and made a few phone calls and ultimately stated the part to fix the simple Maytag washer would be anywhere from 200-500 to fix.. and left.. charged me $98 for quite literally nothing..The tech said he would see about parts and get back to us I waited a few days heard nothing back, at this point I'm at my wits end so I took a last ditch effort and called the used appliance store where I bought the fridge and washer dryer set from (even tho it was past the warranty timeframe) they came out today and fixed my washer in 20 minutes FOR FREE (no $200-$500 part needed btw) it was a simple lid lock🤦🏽♀️.. they even took a look at the fridge we bought from them a year ago (you know the unfixable one) yea it was just a fan.... They will be back Thursday to fix that!!! I'm just here to say I feel taken advantage of and if you need any appliances or need anything fixed call APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE in Springfield they are THE BEST PEOPLE AND MOST TRUSTWORTHY.
