  Window World replaced 14 windows in our house. The salesman was fantastic not pushy and suggested money saving ideas. The installers were professional and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend Window World!

  From the sales person to the installation crew, every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and treated my house like their own! They said it would be 6-12 weeks from the day of order but was only 2. They worked until 9:30 PM to ensure it was done 1 day and done right. The end result was beautiful and I no longer have a draft from the windows. Not to mention the cost was the best of the multiple quotes I received. If I need new windows again I will be calling Window World!

  I've waited three years to write this review so I made sure I had the right perspective. WW uses all subcontracted installers. The head of the crew doing my window installation that day went OFF on me in my own home. The crew told me they were leaving for the day without finishing because they didn't bring all the windows with them. ("They wouldn't fit in the truck.") I called customer service to asked what was going on (as I was originally told it was a one-day install) and this guy absolutely LOST it. He yelled at me for calling the office and "tattling" (which was not what I did), he shouted at me about the smell of the dinner I'd been cooking in a crock pot (a spicy dish), he went off on the fact that I'd asked them to stop dropping the f-bomb in front of my kids ("this house is a job site now, lady, get used to it"). I was literally shocked to the core. My husband came in, interrupted his rant and told them to get their things and leave immediately. When I called the office, apparently this guy was friends with the either the franchise owner or the manager...? So there were a lot of excuses ("oh he's really a nice guy, I'm not sure what you must have said to him" etc). They sent another VERY professional crew the next day to finish up. I was happy enough with the windows but wow. I will never ever recommend this company.

  Signed a contract on 9/22 that specified a lead time of 6-12 weeks and verbal understanding that windows would be installed by end of December. Towards the end of November, found that permit had not been completed and windows had not been ordered. After helping push the permit through, I was told that windows had been ordered. Mid-December, after a week of non-returned calls and emails, I learned that windows had not been ordered as they had the wrong payment information.
