When I called to schedule they "could not schedule a specific day"....."will call sometime and if you are available we will schedule at that time". Was told a day and a two hour window. That window passed by one hour and I called their office. They had to track down technician. I was then told he was running behind and it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours before he showed. I've used them in the past and the work is good. However, the frustration of dealing with a company that still runs like a "horse and buggy" operation is really frustrating. Step into the 2020's Edelen!
