  Nolan was very professional and experienced to the problem at hand. I marked reasonable on the pricing but the only thing I a problem with is the trip coat. I live probably 7 miles from the company and $25.00 seems a little high.

  I called B. F. Mahn & Sons for an emergency plumbing repair. They came to the house mid-afternoon and had the problem repaired shortly. When you need them, they come and fix the problem. Very happy with them. Their technician, Sam, was very personable and enjoyable to talk with.

  Our pilot light went out on our water heater, and unfortunately it would have taken two weeks for someone from our home insurance company to come out — and it would have cost us more in the long run. I called on Friday, 2/13/26 around 3:00 PM and were scheduled for Monday with a clear time frame provided. We received a text confirmation the day we called and another reminder the day of the appointment, which we really appreciated. Nolan B. arrived exactly at the time he stated. He was kind, professional, and very respectful. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We were able to conveniently pay by card on the spot and the pricing was cheaper than quoted by home insurance company. Overall, the service was prompt, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend B.F. Mahn & Sons for any plumbing or water heater issues.

  Larry did a great job installing my whole-house descale filter. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn’t leave till we were completely satisfied.
