We have been helping homeowners with exterior projects and interior projects since 2003. We work with insurance restoration projects with a focus on serving as your advocate with your insurance company to help you get the right work and the right quality covered by your insurance. This applies for claims for damage caused by hail, wind, storms, fire or water. We are also hired by homeowners for their own remodeling projects. Our service area includes St. Louis, St. Charles and the St. Louis metropolitan area.

They worked on my roof and siding, and after the supervisor reviewed the results, the team returned to complete any unfinished or unapproved items. I would gladly hire them again for any home projects, both interior and exterior. The team’s management is superb, with excellent client handling.

He responded promptly, presented to assess the situation, and within days completed the job. When I dropped in to see the progress I found Jim at the location, overseeing the work, in 90+ degree temperatures. He then completed another job at another rental property. Jim was nice enough to accompany me to evaluate a potential rehab as well. Jim Guller is responsive to requests, extremely fair regarding pricing, and a pleasure to work with. As an investor in real estate himself he understands the mindset of an investment property owner. Highly recommend
