We were so delighted that we had them return to carpet the rest of the house. When the carpet job was completed, we were not happy with the seams in our very large living room. They came back out, inspected the carpet, worked with Mohawk and agreed to replace the entire 1st floor of carpeting with a 15 foot wide carpeting. Upon completion, it is beautiful and no more seams showing! We love our floors and we love Michael’s! Fabulous customer service!!!

She did not try to upsell us on any product, she explained thoroughly the benefits of each foreign material, and was very personable. We look forward to having them come out to our house and start to work to get some new flooring. They have a great selection, and have been doing this for more than 30 years, so they are experts in the industry with very reasonable prices compared to the big box stores.
