  What we thought was just a drain cleaning also involved fixing a toilet flange and discovering a broken joint in our sewer pipe (to be fixed soon) and that my 22 year old water heater may be nearing its end (Andy helped me make it hold out just a little longer). Across about 36 hours we had three different techs come by and all were awesome…Ryan, Scott and especially Andy. Even though plumbing issues are always a hassle, I definitely know a lot more about plumbing now and feel confident that the repairs will last, and that makes me feel better.

  Gary was completely amazing!!! Even my dog pickles loved him! He showed me how a few plumbing accessories, filters, instant hot water, etc worked and gave me recommendations on service...which I signed up for!!! So helpful, so friendly, great taste in music, & funny! Excited to have an awesome plumbing and HVAC company in my new town!!! See you soon Gary-gotta fix that shower!!! You rock brother!!!

  Andy is our go-to plumber! He’s always friendly, punctual, communicative, and does a great job quickly and for a fair price. Either he has an exceptional memory, or takes great notes, but either way, he remembers details about our plumbing setup no matter how much time has passed, so he understands what needs to be done without our having to waste time explaining everything over again. Nobody wants to have to deal with plumbing issues, but it’s a whole lot more bearable when you have someone trustworthy to call.

  Mike and matt are incredible people! Not only did they replace my furnace ealier in the year which they did a fantastic job on. but when I had ac trouble I was lucky enough to get them back out for my ac! Besides a weak capacitor which they gave me a great price on to fix my thermostat when installed by a previous owner wasnt connected to my ac unit or properly wired in to receive power. The previous homeowner only had the thermostat running on battery power. They gave me a detailed understanding of my ac unit and fixed the previous homeowners mistakes with the thermostat! All for a very reasonable price!! They stayed longer than they had to making sure we were taken great care of and fixed everything the right way!!

  I had MasterTech replace the motor and our fan in June of 2025 in our A/C unit, which was very close to $1K. Then in February went to turn the A/C on and nothing! Come to find out that the tech put the wrong motor in back in June so we called MasterTech back and our new tech Mackenzie came to our rescue! She installed the correct fan motor and fixed the mess the last tech made. She was so polite and helpful and made sure everything was working properly and really took great care of me. The fan was under warranty so I was not charged. Thank you for standing behind your work and warranty.
