  I have had Jira out multiple times to fix issues to both the heat and A/C. I have been very pleased with their service. Andrew has been prompt, kind, and very knowledgeable. They will definitely be my go to from now on.

  Our air conditioning unit stopped working today, and Jira was on site within four hours of my call. Dathan was incredibly professional and patient as I explained the issues. Everything was fixed and back up and running within the hour. I highly recommend using Jira for all your heating and cooling needs.

  I highly recommend JIRA! They came to service my furnace when I needed it (very responsive because I was leaving town), found a problem that took a while to figure out but they fixed it and charged me for parts needed in a fair manner.   I called Saturday night 1/13. Andrew answered the phone and was very professional and said he would be at my house in 30 min. He showed up and checked my furnace and found that the motherboard was burnt. He couldn't fix it but was quick to loan us electric heaters. He got the part today and fixed it today. His customer service, promptness, and professionalism is above and beyond in today's standards. Thank you! Highly highly recommend. Also Jiras is pretty fair pricing.
