A wise man once said that a person character is determined by when there back is up against a wall not when things are going smooth. The corporate part of United dropped the ball and put me in a bad situation with the delivery timing. Corporate wouldn’t own there mistakes and make things right. Meg Connell went above and beyond to make sure things were handled and I was happy. She didn’t have to but she did. Can’t thanks her enough . Great person !!
