  CJ was amazing! He came to price a whole new HVAC unit for us and left absolutely nothing out! He answered questions before they even popped into my head!

  On our maintenance inspection the technician found the fan and heat exchanger was caked with crud. It was residue from having “popcorn” removed from our ceilings. It was taxing the furnace. They came out the following day and cleaned it. We’re grateful.

  Hands down was the easiest company to deal with. Logan was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of he even called me back after leaving to tell me that my wife’s package was left by the road. Whoever reads this I hope you can give Logan a raise he deserves it and because of him I will definitely use Master Tech again! P.S. If you see him you can ask him about the squirrel 🐿️

  Scheduling was easy. The office called and offered a range of dates and times. They had to call again to reschedule due to other urgent issues that came up at another location, but rescheduling was also easy. MasterTech scheduled both plumbing and HVAC maintence inspections for the same time which I appreciate. Johnny (plumbing) and Macenzie and Matt (HVAC) showed up on time, wore shoe covers, explained everything they did and observed, and the significance of the results. They listened and answered my questions. They attempted some things to improve my heating and gave further recommendations for issues that were not resolved during this visit. I also received plumbing recommendations. It was a pleasant and professional maintenance appointment. I highly recommend them.
