Attempted to order a large gable glass, called today to get an estimate and Bruce said he wasn't interested and hung up on me. I called him back to talk and he brought up that 20 years ago I had ordered two pieces of glass and they were the wrong size and they were stuck with the glass, though I did get the correct glass size from them at the time. Again he said he wasn't interested and hung up on me. Can you say Koonse Glass?
