Justin Smith talked to me about our backyard flooding issue. Suggested a drywell and French drain to pull the surrounding water below my foundation. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy!

Jesse Crotser was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He was friendly and not pushy in his presentation. He answered our questions and we enjoyed working with him.

I recently got a quote from Acculevel, and I’m really glad I chose them. Bill Conner came out to inspect my home and was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the issues and what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, the quote was fair, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Logan Case is a very good example of what a representative should be. Was very informational. I felt like very honest. Told me what it would take prices are still a little bit higher than I want to spend. I think we can work this out maybe just need to get that money down a little bit. I am very impressed and happy with Logan.

Initial process of getting a quote and getting on the schedule, last year, was fast and great. They said the same things as other places, seemed to take a conservative approach, and slightly more affordable. Perhaps it's standard practice but we expected the poly-jack to have more of a pattern in its execution to ensure all voids filled instead of the random guess and check applied. The concrete of the french drain was poured high in a corner, we weren't ever able to get services to acknowledge the issue. One of the pillars was not secured to the beam with any fasteners, only tension fit. Structural engineer told this was an issue, the service group said they'd inspect at their next scheduled service to adjust the beam. Since then, we have had water intrusion at the base of another pillar. Again, we were told it'd be inspected at the scheduled service date. The morning of our first scheduled service to adjust the pillars on 3/11, our service was cancelled due to staffing issues. We were told the next available appointment wasn't until the next week. We asked to call back so we could coordinate schedules with the other trades we are working with and have not been able to get i touch with the service department sense. We have lost count of the number of times we've tried calling, we've even escalated to calling the business itself and send emails. Every time the call the service center, it goes to voicemail, "Jody with customer service, please leave a message" and she NEVER returns the call. We've tried being patient with this process but are now in crunch time where other trades are held from completing their work and getting inspections....and we have marginal time left to complete all basement construction activities before a baby arrives. To say we are stressed is an understatement. All we are asking for is the service team to do the work they were contracted to do!

Frequently Asked Questions About Acculevel

How do I know if my basement needs waterproofing in [address.city]]?

Look for signs like water intrusion, leaks, dampness, musty odors, efflorescence (white powdery residue on walls), mold/mildew growth, or high humidity. Untreated water issues can weaken your home's structure, cause health concerns, and lead to costly damage. A free inspection can confirm if waterproofing is needed.

What are the signs of crawl space problems?

Typical signs include sagging or uneven floors, musty odors, visible mold/mildew, high humidity, pest activity, poor air quality, or gaps between walls and floors. Moisture in the crawl space can lead to wood rot, mold growth, and foundation issues—addressing it early prevents bigger problems.
