- JSJon SommervilleOct 2, 20254.0Diagnosed and started install of a new well pump with a couple hours notice and had it finished in a half day. I do think I was upcharged quit a bit for some parts and wiring (see invoice photo) but I guess that's the business. I was also told I had to pay the invoice immediately and ended up paying a credit card fee, then I read the fine print on the invoice saying I had 10 days, could have saved myself a hundred bucks by writing a check a couple days later. Still give 4 stars for fast service and explanation of the process.

- EDEd DMar 24, 20245.0Well pump failed after 5pm on a Friday. Gabriel at AAA answered phone promptly and discussed situation. Crew arrived before 10am next day (Saturday), reviewed situation, provided estimate, and replaced submersible pump very quickly with upgraded unit. AAA was very responsive, friendly, and worked diligently to get our well back in service with minimal impact to my family. I'm very pleased with AAA and highly recommend.
