This past year, we had them come out for a sewer main inspection, which indicated we had some kind of blockage out to the city main requiring a camera inspection. Sewer Pros was aware that for the camera inspection, they would need a liaison from the city to be present to watch the camera inspection as part of a reimbursement program, but they sent someone out to do the work without getting on the city schedule, so I had to spend another $200 to get the work done with the city there. I politely asked them for a refund several times and they incessantly argued with me about the timing of phone calls, them not knowing that the rules had changed with the city, and finally on the last call, them accusing me of making the situation political. (I asked them if they would be talking down to me if I was a white dude, which had nothing at all to do with race and more of the fact that I felt they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes as a woman.) I'm super disappointed at how this turned out and will no longer be a customer of Sewer Pros. What ever happened to making it right by the customer?

The concluding report was also very clear and comprehensive, with pictures and videos to help diagnose repairs needed.
