Founded by Jack Mackey in 1972, Superior Service called Normandy, MO home until November 2008 when we moved our offices to Bridgeton to upgrade our space to better serve our growing customer base. Now Superior Service opened up a second location in Lake St Louis, MO, and operates a fleet of trucks with a focus on servicing and installing furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners, and home automation components (such as Ecobee Thermostats).
Aside from our years of experience in HVAC, we also offer full service Plumbing services to our customers to help provide Superior service to more areas of your home.

He was there for a general maintenance check up, but when I described a problem we had been having in the summer, he really took his time to figure out what it might be. I appreciated that so much. We have also had Korey before and he was excellent as well! He too, was very thorough! We’ve had two different service people from Superior and we were equally pleased and impressed with both!

He quickly identified the source of the noise and diagnosed why it was happening. A quick repair to bad connection and we've got quiet heat! Great job by Dave with clear explanations and efficient work.

Others in my family have been working with Dave and Superior for decades. Superior also installed a new HVAC unit and water heater for us several years back. We have always been very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend.

They overcharged for a new water heater I did not actually need. All I needed was an expansion tank on the existing water heater which they never even mentioned. While they were installing the new water heater, their manager called telling me they “forgot” about a “required” part that needed to be installed in order to pass inspection. They charged me an additional $800 for a part the inspector told me was not necessary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
