- JFJason FraggettaJan 21, 20261.0Placed an order online 12-21-2025 and got all but 1 item delivered. The last item got marked as delivered but in fact was not delivered. On 1-19-26 I was notified that it was delivered 20 minutes from my house at a non local dollar general. So I had to spend an hour of my day and my gas to drive and pick up the item. So I requested that they refund my $15 for shipping charges. Knowing that they could simply file with FedEx and they could get refunded and not be out anything. Instead they refunded $1.35. This is not acceptable nor fair compensation for me to spend an hour of my day and fuel to pick up an item I paid to be delivered to my home! I will not be ordering from Direct Tools nor give them my business any further. Do right by your customer that has spent several hundred dollars with your business or loose that customer. Well that slap in face just lost you this customer! Just go to home Depot and but from them instead! Do not give them your business especially online orders!
