  Used ABC Environmental for my asbestos abatement. My estimator was quick and easy to work with when it came to formulating my estimate. Half my basement was covered by insurance and the other half was not, and he was accommodating in providing two estimates so I knew the total repair cost. My check was picked up and once payment was received, I was scheduled to start within 3 business days. Once on the schedule, my job was completed in 3 days. They were respectful and communicative. Our take down was done in about 30 minutes and the employees were nice and efficient. 4 stars only because lunch breaks seemed to last more than an hour, two plastic coverings were forgotten over windows during take down, and ABC Environmental's payment method - Intuit Quickbooks - charges a hefty credit card fee and to mail a check, it must go to Warrenton, MO. They did offer check pick up so my estimator came to pick it up, but I had to schedule for that. Great customer service and efficient work by ABC Environmental. I would definitely recommend them!

  I never received work from this company. They told me once they received payment they would contact me to schedule service. I sent my payment in full and had to contact them and call multiple times in order to schedule service. This was already a red flag but we proceeded. Eventually we got scheduled and no one arrived on the day of our scheduled service. Called them after they were 30 mins late and they told me their notes said they had already completed the work. We finally had a service man call us over an hour past our scheduled service and told us he was on the way and wanted to know how to get in because he was told the house was vacant. It is not vacant. We recently bought this home and live here. We told the service man this during our initial inspection. We canceled due to how unprofessional and unorganized this company seemed. We did not want to take a chance on them working on our house. I requested a refund and still have not received one after 3 weeks. I have contacted the company multiple times and can’t get a straight answer. I’m glad we went with our gut and didn’t let them work on our house.
