I paid it but left negative feedback - and so the company contacted me and apologized and sent me a check to reimburse me. That was the respectful thing to do and I appreciate it

He crawled underneath our house with limited space and was able to connect the pipes. An hour later, we ran our dishwasher and sprung a leak under the sink. I called Paschal Back and Rick came out immediately and was able to take care of the problem. We are so grateful that they were able to get the original appointment within 2 days of making the call and then was able to get Rick back out within an hour of calling back. We would definitely recommend Paschal to any one we know. The service was terrific!!!!
