  A sales rep came out for an estimate last week, while he was there it was mentioned that we were thinking of a specific type of siding. The rep said that they didn’t have that type anymore- so we said ok, of all the types of siding we were certain we would be able to find another type. We were looking for new windows and siding, so we were just going to get the estimate and think about the siding. The rep was there maybe 15 mins, he didn’t measure anything let alone get any information he would need to send a quote. Despite that, we were told the estimate would be emailed to us, after not getting it- we called Friday afternoon to see if we could come by and get it. After being put on a hold, a manager got on the phone and said “we can’t help you, we don’t have anything for you” no explanation - zero kindness, zero empathy, ZERO customer service- nothing. He was incredibly rude. After sitting with it all weekend, I decided to call today to see if I could figure out what happened. As soon as the manager picked up the phone he was rude- I explained what happened and the manager kept saying “we don’t have product for him” so I ask, what product? You don’t have anything? The manager kept saying we don’t have the siding he is wanting. I said multiple times that we were not stuck on that kind of siding- it was just what we thought we wanted. I am so confused why they couldn’t just say “we don’t have that type of siding but, we have other options, here are some that are a similar, or some that may be good options”. I cannot believe that people chose to run their businesses like this in this day. This “manager” is not deserving of anyone’s business or money. I get treated better at Walmart. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. There are many other options!
