First, they offer an excellent product line, with many different options (double pane, triple pane, patio doors), and all of them carry a Lifetime Warranty. Second, their pricing cannot be beat! Their representative 'Troy' visited our home and presented us with an option we hadn't even thought of (side-by-side sliding windows). Third, the Window World installation team was no less than AMAZING. Truly professional, efficient and friendly--they stayed on site even after 5pm (in the drizzle!) to finish their work to perfection. Shout-out to Crew Chief Danny ('Bones') and Dave ('Skeeter')!
