They never called me and sent him out anyways. He was here a few hours just doing "research" on my property and I got a bill for $1400. The survey hadn't even begun yet and they disrespected my wishes for a call ahead of time and charged an insane amount for a few hours!. And......the information they had on my property was completely 100 percent wrong! I had 2 other survey companies that confirmed Kohler was wrong. So they are trying to charge me $1400 for wrong information after they disrespected my wishes for a call! Now I get notice after notice and I'm being harassed and threatened with collections by them! I'll never pay this! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
