  That company just called me after they ripped me off almost a year ago.. I let that air pocket noise alone and it went away on its own.. they wanted to charge me 2,000.00 for a 104.00 part and the wall panel pops off.. horrible prices and to adjust my back toilet flushing cost 130.00 folks don't get scammed by them. And the 4 star reviews are probably fake to boost sales on scams.

  After being told on the phone, that taking a camera through the drain would be free and 79$ clean out fee. A technician and his "boss" came by and the boss instantly tried saying it's gonna cost 200$ for the camera alone. But he could wave the fee, like he was doing us a favor. And before even looking in the lines he already stated we had a big problem, when they started the auger process before they even came to the 1st bend in the pipe 10 ft down a straight pipe, he had already gave up unless we signed waver, yet the day before I was able to make it 25ft through pipe with a snake. Needless to say nothing got done. And he still ended taking our money, which he stated was 89$ when we were Already quoted 79$. You can really tell when they make commission for thier duties.(Pun sort of intended) But They try to upsell everything, ripping you off in the long run. Luckily I called in to the office number and Tyle who was great and helpful made another appointment for a different person to come out later today. I'll change my review once the clean out is actually done or money refunded . If not then I'll take my review to many other sites

  I needed a new thermostat, mine was one of those complicated ones with 9+ wires and a heat pump, it was 12 years old and started to not work. It was a basic one and I wanted a new Wi-Fi programmable one! Tania Sunday reached out to me both text and a phone call after hours the same day I submitted a quote. Tania was extremely helpful in making sure she understood my problem and wanted to make sure I got the right one! She confirmed with the technicians after I sent a picture of my furnace and air conditioner, recommended a couple to chose from and options to buy them!!. She made me feel very confident I was going to get the right one and it took a ton of pressure off me!! Scheduling happen to call the same day I received the new thermostat from FedEx and was able to schedule it within 2 business days! Installer Caleb Huff showed up to install it on time! Caleb was very knowledgeable and professional. He even took extra care in double checking all the wiring both on the furnace and outside on the air conditioner. Took him no time to power up the new thermostat, program it and show me how to work it!!! I happen to mention my humidifier was not working when programming the unit because it asked about a humidifier and he mentioned he would check it out really quick. Low and behold he fixed it, was something pretty simple but the fact he took time and offered to look and at least let me know what he thinks it might be is simply ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I will absolutely call Polestar for all my heating and cooling needs in the future!!!! THANK YOU for making my day!!!!!

  Polestar plumbing did an amazing job! They were courteous, on time, and a very good value overall! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
