Expect ridicule and the middle finger... YES I was flipped off while waiting for my money to be returned. I asked the "BOSS" Jerry for his managers # and he gave me the wrong number...TWICE! Then to top it all off they called the police on me like I did something wrong...Thankfully the police could clearly see i was distraught. Uhg... I do not recommend United Rentals.👎

It was confirmed a day earlier, but one with 4' forks was delivered to our job site, resulting in safety concerns for onloading a truck and inablity to perform the balance of time-critical work with the equipment. UR is working to resolve, but this was very dissapointing.

Our incidents with Belton store, go elsewhere! 4.11.2017 United Rental trailer accidentally detaches from our truck while in motion, causing bumper damage. Luckily no serious injuries! They did not pay for replacement bumper. 4.15.2016 Wrong couplers were put on brush hog rental and we could not use the rental. Full refund. 9.26.2015 Maintenance did not put gear oil in the box for brush hog rental. Needless, brush hog will never run again. Full refund.
