Of course on a weekend, our hot water heater decided to stop working. Randy was on call and he was kind enough to return my call on a Sunday. He offered to come to my home late Sunday evening but instead we waited until Monday. Randy fixed the problem on my 21 year old water heater. It is time to get a new one. I will get it through Classic Aire Care because everything they have done for me in the past has been superb. We also use them for our Heating and cooling units. Everyone they send is so knowledgeable and professional.

I paid Classic a $129 diagnostic fee when my heater was struggling, but all I got was a heavy sales pitch. Instead of actually troubleshooting, the tech just tried to push a $1,000 replacement part, a whole new system, and a monthly maintenance subscription. I decided to get a second opinion from another local company, and their tech fixed my heat in 30 minutes just by safely rewiring an unused heating element that was already inside the machine. It is extremely disappointing to see a company prioritize aggressive upselling over honest, basic repair work. Save your money and definitely get another quote before trusting their technicians

We called Classic Aire Care on Saturday, March 7 to service our sump pump, which was malfunctioning. Our technician was Randy C. We were very impressed with Randy’s knowledge, professionalism & expertise. He came to our house on Saturday evening, correctly diagnosed the problem (we needed a new sump pump) & replaced it with a new one in less time & less cost than we anticipated. He was absolutely great. If you need plumbing service, you’ll be in good hands with Randy & Classic Aire Care.

Super professional young, very educated in the field of HVAC, service, installations, etc. Great customer communication skills. Got me back up and running, explained the problem as well as the fix. Then even cleaned out my outside condensing unit.
