  They are nice to work with. They are punctual and friendly. Driver was so kind and polite. Office staff is kind and professional.

  I called to rent a dumpster a week ago and took a day off work to clean out my garage after moving. No call from the company and no show. I've called twice to leave messages. I get there was weather, yesterday morning, but to not call is pretty irresponsible. I wouldn't have taken off if I had known they weren't going to show up. No consideration for customer's time. Update. Finally received a call back. The receptionist said no managers were on duty so she couldn't authorize a change of weekend (due to not showing up today as scheduled and already losing a day of work) but a manager would call me Monday. I'm not sure how that would help me switch this weekend when no one would call me until Monday.... She said their online reviews were great. I told her mine wouldn't be. She responded, fine, then no manager would call me. Whatever, just give me my money back. Unreliable.

  If you have a home construction project and have demo to clear out, call Advance Roll Off. Friendly staff, honest, great prices, and knowledgeable. We have rented multiple dumpsters from this company and have experienced no issues. Dave is the Man as well he always picks up and delivers the dumpster on time with a smile and a friendly conversation. Thank you Advance Roll off for being so great to work with.
