  This company was wonderful to work with! They are very knowledgeable and personable. They were super helpful with the insurance claims process. We couldn’t be happier with the exterior of our house. It’s beautiful! I would highly recommend Shelby Roofing and Exteriors to anyone needing a roof or exterior repairs or upgrades.

  We are still dealing with storm damage from 3/14/2025. The contractor we had the misfortune to sign with could not have been worse in communication, performance, and total lack of respect for our property. The did not show up in timely manner and consistently missed appointments for scheduled work. Poor does not begin to describe their work. After yesterday’s most recent missed date, we decided to seek help elsewhere. A number of homes in our subdivision went with Shelby Roofing. We called and made an appointment for someone to come out and give us their opinion of the work. Matt came out and viewed the “work” done and gave us an honest assessment of the situation. Any future work “will” be done by Shelby! We couldn’t have been more impressed by Matt. Hopefully t his will help others in the future!

  Kudos to Ryan for cleaning up an eyesore left by the gutter installers. He did a great job and made a downspout look finished in a professional manner.

  Shelby Roofing recently replaced my roof and siding from the storm that happened in March 2025. Josh did an amazing job with communication and scheduling. I highly recommend them for any Roofing or siding needs.

  We have worked with Shelby Roofing twice after storm damage in both 2024 & 2025. Both times, they have gone above and beyond to repair our home and make it great again. Their office staff is very attentive and responsive, making multiple site visits during the work to ensure quality. Their work crews were always timely, friendly, and took care of the project site. Even more, Shelby handled all of the insurance-related work and communication for us, making what could be the most painful part of the process, one of the easiest parts. The storm damage in 2025 required a quick response to provide protective cover of the exterior of our house - they were out within a day of the storm to prevent further damage. We used them for everything on the exterior except windows, and we will use them again in the future if ever needed!
