He and AJ Jesen from WIN home inspection saved me from a very costly replacement of both my water heater and my furnace after Jerry Kelly lied to me about the extent of the issues and shut my heat off during a very cold first night in my new house. Jerry Kelly told me I had cracks in my heat exchanger in my furnace and that I would need the whole system replaced and would need to get a new water heater since it wasn’t up to code for a grand total of more than 12,000$!!! Thankfully Chuck and AJ came to the rescue and came out early the next day to inspect it themselves after suspecting that Jerry Kelly was taking advantage of me. Lo and behold the furnace had a little rust but no cracks at all! Thank you so much to both of you for double checking them and saving me a lot of money! I would definitely recommend Chuck and AJ for any HVAC issues!

He gladly accepted to do these extra jobs while he was here. The hood didn’t take as long as expected, so the company lowered the bid price on that part of the project. Over all, I’m extremely satisfied with MCS and Andrew!
