- KDKevin DanaJan 5, 20265.0We had Howard Roofing change our roof in ‘24. Recently after really high winds we noticed a shingle missing (understandable) and another that was not laying flat. An email with a photo asking about it and within 2 days someone was out to take a look and correct. Great service. The last time was Cedrick who took pictures while he was up on the roof and reviewed them with me before leaving. No issues with the original install. Great customer service after the fact. Impressive.
- JBJohn BrintonAug 6, 20235.0Jake Bell, from Howard Corporation, came to our home to investigate what I thought was a leak in our roof. After thoroughly checking out our roof, Jake determined the roof looked very good and was intact. Being we still had a leak, Jake went above and beyond to troubleshoot the source of the leak and he was able to determine it was our plumbing i.e. rainwater would run down the vent stack protruding from the roof and leak via a crack the PVC or a loose PVC joint within the walls of our home. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jake and Howard Corporation for helping us identify the source of our leak. We’ll be calling a plumber for our pipe leak. We’ll be reaching out to Howard Corporation in the future for any our roofing needs.
