  They do have some discounted carpet just not as soft as what we are looking for, but a very nice group of employees

  Our whole experience was great from start to finish! We came in with a specific floor in mind that they did not carry but they were so helpful calling and getting it for us! When they came out to measure the house, they answered every question we had and was incredibly knowledgeable. Tom and Adam were our installers and they did a fantastic job! They got the job done earlier than we expected and even put up with our crazy little ones running around! Highly recommend!!

  Zoey helped us and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She searched the country for a specific flooring we wanted. Definitely worth checking with them before buying elsewhere.

  Long story short I ordered a piece of T mold trim and gave them specific directions to cut it at 83 3/8 inch and I ordered separately an extra foot because I have to test stain a few spots. I get here to pick it up and they did not cut it down to the link that I needed even though I explained to the the person before that I needed it to be that exact link because I don’t own a saw. That’s why I came here and spent the money so they would also cut it. They failed to do that now I’m out $100 buying a saw to make 1 cut. I also told the lady that the tea mold needed to be the exact width of the sample piece I brought in and it is over half an inch wider. I wouldn’t trust this place for my flooring needs if they can’t even get a simple T mold correct
