Classic Aire Care was amazing from the minute I scheduled an appointment, signed up for the yearly maintenance package, notifications about the technician (picture of him and tenure, etc) and his arrival time(which was less than an hour of calling). I was truly amazed and am grateful that I found them! Travis was professional and respectful and did everything expected as a technician entering a clients home to working efficiently to fix the problem and provide details of the work completed. Look forward to having them come back in the summer. Very pleased!

Anthony L visited me recently to find a mysterious whistle noise in my HVAC. While we weren’t able to repeat the issue to locate the source, he gave me a thorough education on possible sources, the reasons for these, and how to isolate the cause. He did not rush and took plenty of time to answer all my questions. Thank you!

Brody G. performed a plumbing maintenance inspection. He was very professional and thorough, answering all my questions in great detail, including one about draining my water heater. When I initially made the appointment I was told it would include draining it. When I asked Brody about that, he informed me that is typically only for tankless water heaters. He went on to explain to me what every part on the water heater is, what it does, what could go wrong if he drained it, and that everything appeared to be in good working order. I really appreciated his patience and his ethical standards. I would gladly welcome him in my home for all my plumbing inspections and would highly recommend him to others.

I’ve been a Classic Air customer for quite a couple of years and I always had successful results. When Elijah showed up with his bag of tools, he was very professional. He sat down his tool bags and started evaluating the front of my furnace. I woke up this morning. it was 60° in the house. There was no flame in the furnace. He began by taking various flue parts apart ,moved onto fan parts and did some testing electrically . He did some visual observations regarding the flow of gas where it goes when the flame is out explaining to me along the way what he was thinking and doing . It didn’t take him long to diagnosed what he felt was the problem, but it took a long time to get there successfully but he didn’t give up. He completed the work. He vacuumed the center of my furnace and explain to me along the way. The culprit was sand off of shingles got into the flue system, along with a little hunk of paper and there’s a sensor in your furnace that monitors when the flame is off and it makes sure that the gas is directed in a safe way and turns off any escape routes for gas .For a young man his age he knew a lot and he’s got a great manager named Bill who tutores and teaches service reps. Bill also has serviced my air-conditioning and heating for many years. You can’t go wrong with Classic Air .They seem to pick up the greatest of Service reps that can do the job and still maintain somewhat of a reasonable price range. Today was an off day and Elijah just happened to be on call and I’m happy he was on the job today The heated air is now back to 72 in the home and he’s on his way to help another client. I’m sure Elijah will continue my long string of successful service and repairs . Classic has a great crew no matter who shows up. Give them a call the next time you need assistance in your home and as good as Elijah was, I’d ask for him if he was in your area.

My furnace went out Sunday evening during the snow/cold storm that came through St Louis in mid January, dropping the inside of my house to around 45 degrees overnight. I was worried it would take a few days to even get someone out given the weather and other potentially having heating issues, however I had a new full system installed by the next day. Travis He was the first person to come by the house, Monday morning (next morning) to inspect my existing furnace. It turned out both motors had seized, which is what I had thought was the case. Travis gave me a quick estimate on the cost to replace both motors, but suggested I at least talk with their project manager about a new system as my existing system was about 40 years old. Keith He was the project manager and we discussed new options, differences between systems, how they compare to my existing system, what rebates were available, and what payment options there were. Keith came by later Monday afternoon and stayed until around 7pm running numbers across a few different options to give me a full picture estimate of various systems. I decided to move forward with an option that we felt was the best fit for my central air usage, cost, and getting the most out of the available rebates. I called Keith back around 8pm to move forward, and he was able to get a little more on the rebates to bring the price down a couple hundred dollars more than we had discussed. Keith was able to get me scheduled for next day install of the furnace to return heat to the house as he was concerned about my comfort but also shared my concern for my pipes with the harsh cold weather we were having. Jerrod He was my install guy Tuesday morning and showed up at 7:30am. He started right away by removing the old system, explaining what he was going to do with my existing duct work and how it would fit in with the new furnace. He was complete around 1:30pm, and then walked me through all the work he did and walked me through the new thermostat. As an added bonus, Jerrod had to stop by Wednesday afternoon as he had left a tool in my basement. While here grabbing the tool, I had mentioned that the fan on the system continued to run even after I turned off the system. He took a quick look at it and did some adjusting of the pins for the fan system and I was set Elizabeth I didn't have a large interaction with Elizabeth, but she called to reschedule my AC condenser installation. Given the continued cold, she gave me a quick call asking about pushing the install date out to a later date to have warmer temperatures for the install of the outside condenser unit. I knew the temperature would play a factor in getting it installed as Keith mentioned Monday evening that they need warmer weather for outdoor condensers. But Elizabeth was incredibly polite and quick getting a new date set. She also gave me a heads up that I would see the paperwork for having the inspector to come being delivered soon, but to wait until the condenser is installed before having them come out otherwise they fill fail the inspection. Post Install although it has only been about 3 days since the new system was installed, I can already tell what a huge upgrade it is. The house heats in about 2/3rds the time it was taking before with my old system, while being significantly more quiet. After Jerrod had adjusted the fans, the system was so quiet that I thought he had gone too far the other way on the adjusting and the system wasn't kicking on anymore, thats how quiet it was. Overall, just an excellent experience with everyone I dealt with over the last couple days, and I am super appreciative that they were able to get me set up so quick given the weather and everything. As an added bonus, the price felt very reasonable from doing my own research and preparing myself for what it would probably cost. With the rebates and everything, it came in a few thousand dollars less than I was expecting for a better system than I was originally doing my price estimation against
