My AC maintenance with Elijah was very good. He was very helpful and attentive to his job. It’s hard to evaluate the job itself because I wasn’t watching nor would I know what to look for. But he did address the issues I have had in the past and seemed qualified and skilled. But I did not observe his work as it was primarily in the basement and with the outside units, so what he did to check our AC function is really impossible for me to evaluate. He did not find any obvious problems so hopefully our units will work well this summer season. It was a pleasure meeting and working with him.

Travis was my technician for routine spring maintenance. He identified an issue in my condenser cabinet… carrying measurable voltage. He was able to feel a light shock when touching the condenser when not in operation. This issue has occurred in the past with the technician being shocked. Why it was not resolved in the past is unclear. But it is a definite safety issue. Especially if a young child should touch the unit. Travis researched and identified the instigator to be a faulty crank heater case in the condenser cabinet. He informed me that I did not need to replace the crank heater because it isn’t needed in our mild MO winters. So far I am very satisfied with the service provided but crossing my fingers for true resolution. Time will tell.

Keegan was an excellent service representative. He was professional and polite in conversation and so helpful with helping me understand how to care for my Ac/Heating unit for best performance with my many questions. I would be happy if he continued to be my service representative!

Classic Aire Care always provides excellent service. Their service techs are always courteous, professional, and friendly. Mitchell, who came by my house today on my annual inspection, discovered a potential cross wiring problem on my two year-old furnace. One of his instruments indicated something could be wrong with my fan, but he discovered it and not the previous technicians who came out for the annual inspection. I would call that excellent service and an excellent attention to detail. I hope nothing has gone wrong within my new furnace with this cross wiring discovery, but that will be determined in subsequent appointments which they are making for me.
Classic Aire Care’s technician, Aws, just finished my yearly A/C inspection and it went exceptionally well. Aws was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His explanation of his testing, their results, and meaning were helpful. It was a positive experience and justifies my continued use of this company.
