Back in March, our 13-year-old furnace quit on a cold morning and there was a terrible smell coming from the vent. A serviceman came out that afternoon, found that the motor had failed, and one of the owners, Jeff Young, stopped by to help us choose a new furnace. Jeff was friendly, honest, and shared the company’s history — his dad started it, and now he and his sisters run it. You can really tell it’s a family business that cares about their customers. Fast forward to this past weekend — while getting new windows installed, the workers said they smelled gas. I called Spire, and they confirmed we had gas leaks and had to shut off our gas. I called Crestside and left a message, then remembered Jeff had given me his number, so I called him directly. He answered right away and promised to have someone out within the hour. Before we even hung up, Mike from Crestside called to say he was on his way. He found and fixed the leaks quickly, and Jeff told him not to charge us for the repair. Later that night, Jeff had asked me checked in to make sure our gas was turned back on and that we had heat again so he could sleep better! From furnace troubles to gas leaks, Crestside Ballwin Heating & Cooling has truly gone above and beyond for us. That kind of customer care is hard to find these days. Crestside has earned our trust and loyalty. They’re dependable, responsive, and genuinely kind people. We won’t call anyone else for our heating and cooling needs!
