  My experience with Crestside Ballwin began in 2017. The installation was flawless. The service since has been nothing less than amazing. Whether I call to set up an appointment or if I have any issues, I am treated like I am important and they do whatever they can to help. From the owner to the office staff to the technicians this company is top notch which I recommend them all the time.

  I have been using Crestside Ballwin Heating & Cooling for 36 years. I have them come out twice a year; Spring and Fall. They have kept my older units running like a charm. When I can’t be home, I have trusted them with a key for access. I cannot say enough good things about them!

  Today was the 1st time I used Crestview and signed year maintenance agreement, replacing my previous HVAC partner for over 20 years.Showed up @ 7:58 ( appointment 8:00 AM) and exchanged names and he got right to work. Was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Finished detailed maintenance and told me what he had done and found. Asked him a question about something and had someone contact me with the answer in less than 2 hours. Great reviews was the reason I switched and was not disappinted

  Our technician was friendly and professional. We knew our 30+ year-old furnace was possibly not going to be fixable this time, but were hoping for the best. Unfortunately it was bad news. But I appreciated that he did not just take a cursory look and tell us we need a new one. He dug in and made a good faith effort to repair. When the estimate for all the broken parts plus labor got to $1,000 and still climbing, he consulted with us on what we wanted to do and we decided it wasn’t worth it. He delivered the bad news with understanding and warm attitude. He took out all the temporary parts he had already put in while diagnosing so we wouldn’t have to pay for those. We have used Crestside several times and will continue!

  In the past they installed a complete heating and AC and we were satisfied with them then with the product and workmanship. We needed a complete emergency replacement now so we called them again. They came the same day, described available system configurations, and installed the following day! The installation was fast, efficient, clean, professional, and on time. Prices are reasonable compared to the competition. Follow up for satisfaction was sincere.
