  Excellent service! Highly recommend them. Loved that they answered the phone and came out quickly. Furnace started to go out, they came and did maintenance on it. Then I had to have a new furnace and they really got the job done quickly. Reasonably priced. Thank you for all your help.

  We recently had a new furnace installed by Hilliard Heating & Cooling of Zimmerman, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our 20-year-old furnace failed and was red-tagged. First quote was for installation within 'a few days', also saying we should replace our A/C unit, and that they'd supply space heaters in the meantime, since it was cold out. I called Hilliard's (who had sold and installed our previous equipment). Their price matched the other quote, they indicated that the A/C unit could be replaced if and when it might fail. They were able to achieve a "previous-buyer" rebate from Bryant, also directly handled a rebate submittal to Centerpoint. On top of it all, they'd be able to install the next day. The installation team (Jason) was just as impressive. He arrived on time, and completed the installation that day. He explained how the new system works and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. We’re very happy with the new furnace and would definitely recommend Hilliard's to anyone needing heating or HVAC work. Dick and Judy Nelson

  Trustworthy, skilled, quick to respond, and last but not least ethical. Another company tried selling me an entire new furnace and ac, Hilliard had the gas valve on my furnace fixed before the other company could even get a part to attempt to fix it. My only call for HVAC going forward.

  I have used Hillard many times from our restaurant equipment to rental properties. They are always able to get there in a timely fashion, Knowledgeable, and reasonable. Highly recommend!
