I called Hilliard because they are local and have been in business for many years, and I'm glad I did. When I called for service, not only dis I get a live person instead of an answering machine, but also got someone who was knowledgeable about the services they provided, and was very nice and friendly. Thanks Nancy. I was set up with a prompt appointment and the owner, Greg, who is very professional and efficient, didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and repaired my furnace in 30 minutes for a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
