- RWRich Whalen2 days ago3.0Had a new furnace and AC installed. Craftsmanship of installation was not great. One of the issues is the fitting of the air filter. Went to replace filter only to realize that boot/box is not square so name brand standard sized filter will not fit. Scheduled service call to have corrected only for tech to no show after waiting for 3 hours with no contact from MSP. We will see what happens but I encourage everyone to do your research.

Nick noticed that my water heater was leaking out the bottom and returned two weeks later to replace this with a new one! I’m very happy with the quality and service of the work that was done.

He kept us informed every step of the way what he was doing and advised the cost for using the snake when determined it would need to be used. Donovan was friendly and cleaned up when he was finished leaving the space spotless. We highly recommend Donovan!

We actually had 2 other heating and Air companies scheduled to come and give us estimates the next day. However, we were so impressed with Tom and what MSP had to offer, that we cancelled the other 2 appointments and went with Tom and MSP. We're glad we did!

Jeff, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what system would work best for our area’s very hard water. He also shared helpful tips about maintaining our water heater. (I wish we had used them for the replacement a few months ago!) The installation of our Reverse Osmosis system was done efficiently and neatly. Everything was spotless when he finished. Highly recommend MSP for their professionalism, expertise, and great customer service!
