  My "RAM Story" is long but I'll try to keep it short. My parents originally built a large 140ft x 80ft pole shed with half shop and half cold storage prior to RAM being in existence in 1997. The construction company is now a competitor to RAM. I won't name their name but their headquarters are in a neighboring town to Winsted (RAM's place of business). This company was founded by local individuals, employed local people and quickly gained the trust of the local population. This trust was their building blocks for now being a national company. I recently noticed some leaking in the shop portion and upon further investigation, noticed that the tail ends of the trusses were rotted out. I contacted the company that build it and admitted that they have seen this before and have changed their construction practices to avoid this issue. With this being stated, I was aware of the warranty being expired but still, right is right so was hoping there would be some level of financial participation and a compromise to be had. I was told from the area sales manager that they "are coming to the table to help as they are going to do the work". I asked him then if that means that they are going to throw in their labor? He stated "No". My answer then was then that they aren't coming to the table with anything. I had already had conversations with RAM in preparations if some compromise couldn't be had with the original builder, we'd just start fresh. RAM knew this and could have easily sat back and not did anything until I made a decision. However, they were full steam ahead with plans, quotes, construction timeline, etc. etc. Point being, RAM is owned by local individuals and it sure shows. You don't feel like just another number but an actual cared for individual. They were on top of things right away. They handled everything on the new build all the way from demo to some excavation, building, insulation, roll up doors, etc. etc. I stopped on a couple occasions to talk with the actual construction guys as they are the ones that make the rubber hit the road. They all seemed excited to be at work. Shook my hand and stated that "We sure hope you are happy with things" on multiple occasions. Their care and craftsmanship shined through. I'll quick rambling on but if you're considering building any sort of structure, you owe it to yourself to at least let RAM have a chance to sit down with you. Quality individuals, quality work and above all unprecedented care!!! Thank you RAM!

  They did a great job on my 32x30 detached garage they built for me from the design to the build process everything went smoothly. Did not feel pressured to purchase any more than what I needed but was made aware of options available.

  This is the 3rd pole building I have had put up. Ram was by far the best, fast, professional and excellent build quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.
