- AWA WilliamsAug 30, 20191.0Very disappointed in the service that we received. It took them 1.25 hours at $94/hour for them to tell us they couldn't fix our dishwasher. We called them at the recommendation of the maker of the dishwasher to call a plumber. This was told to O'Laughlin, but it was apparently too difficult for them to fix. I would look at other places to get your work done.

I was charged 7+ hrs to put in a sink/faucet and to replace a pipe under my bathroom sink. I had them install a new boiler less than 2 years ago and they refuse to help me problem solve the difficulties I’ve had with it. They are unknowledgeable about the boiler and what the issues are and have stopped answering my inquiries for help.
