  Had a spring break on my main garage door… after taking out the old springs, found they were two completely different sizes… I went to two other main supplier of garage doors locally, and they acted clueless as to why they would be two different sizes! The third place I went, Here ADW, the guy explained that it’s completely normal especially for new builds where a full kit from the manufacturer is used… he even gave me a couple brands that commonly use mismatched springs… then he identified and got the replacements from the back - industry knowledge is top tier (and way better than any of the other suppliers in town)

  American Door Works installed our garage doors and openers in our new home. Shane and Eric did an amazing job onsite installing the doors and openers! Additionally Greg in the office was fantastic to work with on the sales side, helping us get everything set up smoothly from start to finish. He made sure we received the best options that fit our budget. Top-notch service from everyone! We went with white North Central Door Aspen Ridge-II Recessed Carriage House doors with insulated window panels. At 2" thick and polystyrene-filled with an R-Value of 8.5, they not only look great but will keep our garage comfortable year-round. For openers, we chose the LiftMaster 84505R Secure View® Ultra-Quiet Belt Drive Smart Openers. These come with a built-in camera, two-way audio, dual LED lighting, and smartphone control, combining quiet operation with smart features. With their longstanding presence in the market, American Door Works is a step above the competition. Their extensive experience and commitment to quality show in every aspect of their work. We were confident that choosing American Door Works meant we were partnering with the best in the business. We can’t say enough about how happy we are with the doors and openers.   We had Jerry come down and replace our two springs and he was excellent with his communication skills and work on our door. Gave us great feedback about it all. Very nice young man. I’m still waiting on our bill but I’m sure it will be reasonable. Thanks

  Just a great experience with American Door Works. Greg put together options, had the order filled in less than 2 weeks. Chad scheduled us 1 day after our order came in and the install crew were outstanding. Answered all of our questions. Good choice of work music. All in all…a great experience. Bill Krogman

  Everything was great right from the start. Greg, our salesman at the Waite Park location, was knowledgeable and courteous as he took his time to answer every question we could think of. When the doors came in they were willing to hold onto them until we were ready and when I called to schedule the install they had a team there two days later. The install crew was equally amazing, taking their time to carefully install everything and making sure each piece was to our liking before they left. They even helped us program our old remotes to the new openers. We love the look and function of our new doors, are amazed at how quiet the new openers are, and absolutely LOVE the screen door that we never even knew we needed. Huge props to the entire ADW team, we highly recommend!
