  During extremely cold weather I had a problem with my garage door. Talked with William at ADW who listened to my plight, and very respectfully asked pertinent questions. Tim, the service scheduler, was courteous, asked a few more clarifying questions and promptly got me scheduled. Steve, the installer, was knowledgeable, very cordial and extremely efficient when doing the work required to get my garage door operating properly. I am impressed with ADW and highly recommend this company.

  I needed to replace the bottom panel of my garage door. I first contacted Linda S. the Service Consultant at AMERICAN DOOR WORKS. She was extremely helpful in identifying the manufacturer and model of the door. She provided me with an estimate for the repair and scheduled the service appointment. A week or so later Jerry G. arrived at my home and replaced the panel in record time. I was impressed with his workmanship and pleasant demeanor. When I went to pay my bill Linda told me it was less than what she had estimated! Both Linda and Jerry are a credit to your company!

  Had a spring break on my main garage door… after taking out the old springs, found they were two completely different sizes… I went to two other main supplier of garage doors locally, and they acted clueless as to why they would be two different sizes! The third place I went, Here ADW, the guy explained that it’s completely normal especially for new builds where a full kit from the manufacturer is used… he even gave me a couple brands that commonly use mismatched springs… then he identified and got the replacements from the back - industry knowledge is top tier (and way better than any of the other suppliers in town)
