  Absolute maniac drivers. Tailgating At 80 miles an hour is definitely A red flag. I’m sure the services they provide are fine but definitely not after getting caught ahead of them on 35. Rest assured they will be on time..

  McQuillan was professional and prompt throughout the process of buying a new furnace and AC unit. Our salesman Alex was really helpful, making sure our family had space heaters over the weekend until the furnace (and AC) was installed on Monday. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer any questions we had. Ariel did a great job with the install!

  Extremely satisfied with our service today. Jed Martin explained everything until I had no questions left. He even let me video him as he explained how to care for our furnace so that I could go back to that later to refresh my memory. He also reviewed how the thermostat on our main floor works so that we get what we need as the temperature outside changes. We would welcome him back at any time.

  The workers setting up appointments are wonderful, however it seems like it is a cover for poorly run dispatch. I was given a 4 hour window when the tech would come. The day of the appointment I got confirmation they would be there right away, I was to be the first call of the day. I hit confirm to confirm the appointment as requested right after I got the text, but no one show up. I called the number they provided and the said the rerouted the worker but didn’t give me notice. They said someone would still be there, but by the end of my appointment window I heard nothing and no one came. The workers who answer were nice when I called to find out what was goin on, but they said only dispatch could help me and only they knew anything. They transferred me to dispatch, I sat on hold for 10 minutes, then got a voicemail. No thanks, I will my business elsewhere. They might have wonderful electricians, but sadly I didn’t get the chance to find out. Update: I dropped my review down another star because the electrician never came, and dispatch never returned my call. I’ve taken my business elsewhere, hopefully I will find someone who can communicate better and values my schedule. The one star left is because the people at the booking end of things were so amazing.

  dear mr owner Please refer to my review below about more than a month ago. I am yet to get a call from any of your managers as you had promised. On top of that when i called customer service , I was told that a comment had been put on my account that my issue has been resolved which is completely false. I called customer service even today and the lady who spoke to me assured that i will be called by a manager. I am hoping to get one ! I called last week and the same lady spoke to me and said i will be getting call in 24-48 hrs but nothing happened. As a customer from outside even if my 5 senses say people don’t lie my sixth sense says that this is all a drama and nothing will happen Hello Owner you replied to my review about a month back that somebody will get in touch with me. Nobody ever bothered to call me until now. Also , reading the review written by somebody named kelly almost is similar to the experience i have had with mcquillan. Also , i am experiencing whistling sound in my pipes even after paying you guys $1700 to sort the issue out. I had an extremely bad experience with Mcquillan couple of days back being ripped off to an extent of $1700. Well more than the $ amount that I paid I strongly believe that it’s more of an integrity issue here. I had an appointment scheduled for my water heater’s temperature pressure valve slightly leaking ( water was slowly dripping from the valve) I was initially given a quote of $400 which I agreed to and signed on the agreement on an ipad. As I had a sick pet at home , I did tell the tech that I would be busy caring for the pet and asked him to let me know if there was anything needed while he started replacing the TP valve on the water heater. After about an hour , I was told the total bill is $1700 approximately. I was literally shocked and I was told that the inlet water pressure reduction valve ( valve that reduces the inlet water pressure from the city )was faulty and that had been replaced in addition to the valve on the water heater and now my bill is $1700 instead of $400. I couldn’t argue because I was about to leave for a vet appointment for my sick pet and the previous night was very stressful due to lack of sleep caring for a sick pet.The so called faulty part ( old inlet valve ) was taken by the tech so that no one can verify if that part was really faulty.I did ask if that inlet valve was very expensive and tech was cool in replying that valve is not that expensive ( may be $100-$150) but we pay for his experience and knowledge which is why the replacement job of this valve was approximately $1300 + $400 ( for the water heater) bringing the grand total to $1700. I was neither consulted nor informed about the inlet valve replacement which shot my bill up 4 times more than the original estimate. After the job was completed he said he will send me the invoice and it’s been 3 days and i didn’t get the copy of the invoice from the company yet. My home is almost a brand new home and There are extremely slim chances of that inlet valve being faulty. Even assuming it was faulty , the way in which all the events happened to bill me $1700 makes me strongly believe the fact that a part was replaced without the need for it and that too without my formal approval. Above all, if that part was really faulty , I don’t see the need for the tech to carry it with him Usually techs do ask us if we want the old part back which was not the case. During the final moments ( when the tech was about to leave) he mentioned that water pressure was very high and that he saved our pipelines from being burst with the water valve replacement. If it had been that way for months now , why did our pipes not burst until now ? Every thing seems fishy and not transparent. This is a big rip off by the company and I seriously doubt whether I will use their services again.
