After he was done he showed us the cleaned out pipe and gave us information on how to maintain and prevent the pipe from backing up again!
- KMKiamare McEwen5 days ago1.0I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! They weren't worth 1 star. The drain guy took 6 hours, my toilet still wasn't unplugged, had been plugged for 2 1/2 weeks. I called Rotor Rooter today, man came out, unclugged my toilet in 1 hour and 20 mins. This company still charged me $645.00, no discount at all. Talk about brotherly love, Mcquillian bros, ha. Don't use them. Then they quoted me $8,400, or $6,000 to make a assess to the main drain. They wouldn't even apply the $640.00 that was paid, for a job not done. I'm the customer, this was very poor customer service. Then I called asked for a supervisor. No call back yet!

I’m the sucker that paid 1316.00 for a one hour job to replace my existing sump pump. It breaks down to 916.00 in labor costs for a 1 hour job(the S3033 sump pump that was installed costs 400.00 at Home Depot). I will see what the FTC and the attorney general’s office have to say about this.
