  Brad fixed my garbage disposal and then on another encounter he stopped a critical leak and changed a furnace filter. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Going forward I will call Brad for my home care needs.

  Our association uses New Concepts Construction and Maintenance for many projects such as mailbox replacement, driveways, building repairs and tree work to name a few. Jodi Alperin is always quick on putting bids together and working with the board and homeowners to answer questions and concerns. If you want your association to run as smoothly and efficiently as are association look no further. New Concepts Construction and Maintenance is the team for you!
