- MZMatt Z3 days ago1.0Rented a Ford Transit cargo van from Ready Rents in St. Louis Park. The vehicle was documented with all hubcaps at pickup. Upon return, I was charged $127 for a missing hubcap. I did not hit any curb, snowbank, or object during my rental. The van was driven normally on Minnesota roads. Given that Transit hubcaps are press-fit and known to detach from potholes, I was disappointed to be charged the full replacement cost without any discussion. If you rent here, I strongly recommend thoroughly documenting every exterior detail and taking photos/video at pickup and return to protect yourself. This was my experience.
