  We engaged Northgate Construction to remodel a building we purchased for our new headquarters. The building was a former Dentist office and had a very unconventional layout with a lot of plumbing and other challenging aspects. Our design firm worked closely with Northgate to ensure all aspects of the job were up to code, within our budget and actually doable. This was crucial for him to be completely in step during the whole design process so there were no surprises and he was confident and solid in his job estimates. Blaise communicated with us every step of the way. There were no surprises and anything that did come up I was immediately brought into the picture to discuss options which was key to keeping us within budget. The knowledge of the process, permits, and collaboration with the designers was impressive to say the least. He nailed every aspect of what we wanted in the build out and went well beyond our expectations. It’s the little things that count! Blaise was always willing to jump in and help. He would even run to the office to accept deliveries for us as our furniture arrived during construction. He assembled the refrigerator, moved stuff to the dumpsters that was not relative to the job and was genuinely there for us every step. Frankly, he is just a very nice person that wants to do right by his client. A rare thing these days! When the job was complete, I literally could not find one thing… not one single little thing that he did not attend to. Not one piece of trash, or missing outlet cover – I mean nothing! It was hands down the best experience with a general contractor I have ever had. I highly recommend this professional and well-run organization. He knows what he is doing, he bends over backwards to stay in budget, he treats his sub-contractors professionally and fairly and he gets the job done. I simply could not be happier with Northgate, and will definitely get them into my home for a remodel there when the time comes.

  The quality and professionalism from Northgate Construction is top notch. They showed up when they said they would, kept us updated with the progress and when everything would be done, and most importantly they were friendly, easy going and so easy to have in our space! I highly, highly recommend them!!
