  I am a contractor who has been trying to get basic pricing and shipping information on spray foam kits for over a week now, and the lack of responsiveness from AMD Distribution has been completely unacceptable. I have left 4 voicemails for Cooper Vance, the Michigan area salesman, and have not received a single callback. On top of that, I called the main office 6 separate times and received the same empty response every time — "we'll have Cooper call you" — only to hear nothing back. Because of this total communication failure, I've been forced to leave my customer in limbo for over a week waiting on answers I still don't have. This is a serious problem for any contractor trying to run a business and serve their clients professionally. If a company can't respond to a basic sales inquiry after 10+ attempts, I have zero confidence in how they would handle actual orders, shipments, or issues down the line. I would strongly caution other contractors before relying on AMD Distribution for time-sensitive projects.
