  Chuck’s team did a great job. They found a weak spot on my roof they could have not told me about. Instead they fixed and made it right. Great company to work with. All projects were completed ahead of time and my yard was cleaned up and all the garbage was gone. My neighbors roofer had shingle packaging all over my yard when they were done and left it. Quality company I would recommend. They have done my friends and children’s houses.

  In August, I had a tree limb come down on my roof, damaged the shingles, and broke the roof decking. I called the office and talked to a real person who actually lives in MN. What sold me on using MN Roofing was when I found out they do not cold call or knock on doors offering a "free roof inspection." They have too much integrity for that. Darrell came out right away and was fabulous to work with. Great guy and great communicator. The claims department from my insurance company was neither fabulous to work with nor a great communicator. Thank God I had Darrell who was a real bulldog in dealing with the claims adjustor. The crew put on the shingles and cleaned up the yard so much that it looked better than before they arrived!

  Minnesota Roofing Company replaced the roof on my house and replaced some windows in my basement in April 2025. The communication I received was clear and timely. From receiving a quote to completing the work, the team at Minnesota Roofing was always quick to respond and kept the process moving seamlessly. The team was great to work with, and I will reach out to them again when I need the roof done on my garage. Two additional notes: I especially appreciated William’s responsiveness and willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He really went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Ryan was also a pleasure to work with from a sales standpoint. He was quick to quote the work and followed up on my satisfaction when the job was complete.

  I was denied on my all claims through the insurance for atleast two years and went through a couple of contracters whom came knocking but they wasn't successful. Then one day minnesota roofing company came by and asked. I said sure go ahead see if you are successful with it and if you are successful then the job is yours. At that moment, I already given up any hopes with the insurance company and that minnesota roofing company would get denied like the other contracters. But sure enough, with their persistency, resiliency and not taking no from the insurance company, minnesota roofing company came through and the insurance company finally cave in. Thanks to Minnesota Roofing Company and their hard work, my family was able to sleep at night without worrying how we was going to come up with the money to fix our roof.

  Hi Chuck, We are so happy with our new roof and every step in the whole entire process from roof inspection, then the sales process with Tim Mulligan, next the impeccable work and professionalism of the installers, the assistance with financing and the clean up after the work was immaculate even though it was 100 degrees outside. It was the best contractor experience of our life. We were grateful for the ease and professional way that we were walked through every step of the roofing fascia, and gutter install. Donna was in the hospital for surgery yesterday and that is why we did not respond to your text sooner. We are enroute to the doctor now. As soon as we get back home we will send the before and after pictures of the great workmanship of the Minnesota Roofing team. We are 100% satisfied with the roof, the fascia and the gutters.
