- JHJed HamoudOct 14, 20255.0we had a new furnace installed in December 2022. it was a nightmare from day one. even the manufacturer of the unit wan not much of help. after calling on two service companies to solve the problem, neither one was able to confidently identify the problem. one gave an outrageous estimate to fix the problem. I was ready to throw the whole unit out the door and start over again. we contacted Anderson, they came and inspected and identified the problem and gave us a very, very reasonable estimate to fix the problem. they came on time on the scheduled day made the repairs. because our past experiences, I did not want to write the review until we had the furnace running for a while. now that the furnace been running of several weeks, I am happy to report that our furnace is running smoothly. Anderson has saved from a huge cost of starting all over with a new furnace. I recommend Anderson to everyone for their furnace care.
