Mike (our sales rep) came out and advised us on our options for a new cement patio & asphalt driveway - which we are super happy with! Our experience with Mike felt like having a personal advisor that worked for us. Throughout the project, we never had trouble reaching Linda. Our experience with Linda felt like having a dedicated personal assistant! I don't know what Linda's position is, but she is amazing! Eric, earnestly cared about our customer experience & satisfaction. Eric's commitment to our project felt like he was a fellow homeowner - as if it were his own home. *To be sure, we have a long, curvy, complicated driveway... and we couldn't be happier with the work crew! They certainly exceeded our expectations. Once the crew finished their work, Kelvin came out to make sure all of the different areas of our driveway were settling properly & pitched correctly & done to spec! When I reached back out to him this spring, we made a few adjustments to the bid that I asked for and we were able to move forward. We walked through the project and he did a nice job of explaining what would happen and made me comfortable with the process. I have a grad party happening this spring so getting me on the schedule early was a priority, which you were able to accommodate. When the time came to do the project both your crews, the removal and the install teams, were polite and professional. They really seemed to care about the end result and it shows! It looks fantastic and a huge improvement from the driveway we had! THANKS GUYS!
