  Dave, Erik, and their team were absolutely amazing. This is by far the best general contracting team we’ve worked with in a long time. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations—not only in the planning and design process, but also in keeping everything well within our budget. The level of detail and meticulous planning at every step was truly impressive. We never once felt things were off schedule or overlooked, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. Our family is thrilled with the outcome, and we achieved exactly what we had envisioned. We will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering improvements to their home.

  Dave and his team did an outstanding job building a great looking, well-built deck. They took down the old deck and handled the disposal of the old materials. The whole process took less than two weeks and we were able to enjoy the deck before winter came. Dave made the design process easy and clear by showing us options that fit our house. The materials he selected were from local sources which gave us the opportunity to visit the railing company to see all the options up close. The overall construction is very solid which was the main quality we were looking for.

  After my basement was flooded from a water main break I got a letter in my mailbox from Xpand, Inc. and I’m am so glad I reached out for a quote. I can’t imagine the experience being any better! From the initial design to the final build everyone was a total pro. The teams that Xpand subcontracted with on plumbing, electrical, painting, etc. took a lot of pride in their work and it shows in the final product. Everyone was so professional and kind! Andy is a phenomenal project manager. He was always available to answer questions, great at problem solving when we ran into surprises and kept everything moving incredibly quickly. During a very stressful time I knew that I didn’t need to worry about what was going on with the remodel because he had it handled and that meant everything! If this review doesn’t have you convinced my before and after photos should. I can’t believe this is my basement! Xpand will be my first call for any future home remodeling needs.

  Xpand was great to deal with. Jess from Xpand was at my house the day I called him. He gave us an estimate on the deck we wanted through their on line app the very next day. We excepted signed his contract on line and we where ready to go. The utility companies where out the day after that and then we got a copy of the building permit from their web site. The following Monday the lumber was delivered and the next day his crew showed up to began demolition on our front concrete steps and start on the deck. His crew was great, cleaned up after themselves each day and kept us informed as to what was next. Our 10' x 16' cedar deck was done in less then 3 days and with outstanding quality. I can defiantly reamend Xpand for professional, quality and fast installation. Dave Warhol

  Made a purchase believing what I was told. Turns out honesty & integrity take a back seat to money. Don’t waste your time & money unless you have plenty to throw away !
