- MEMark L EllingsworthSep 6, 20231.0NOT EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR!!!! Stay Away from them!!! Absolutely horrible execution, service and support. I provided hand written specs for an entry door with a sidelight and was EXPLICITLY CLEAR I needed a 6-9/16 Jamb, it was written on the drawing!! The order submitted was for a 4-9/16 Jamb. My house was open so I had to install as I couldn’t have a plywood door for 4-6 weeks and all Charlie had to offer was “That’s what was on the order”. After many attempts to get somewhere, I went to his boss, Nicole. She was also not willing to accept any responsibility for their mistake, thus giving me the choice to order a new door or remove the elements and install them in a new jamb, thus cancelling any warranty. I haven’t heard from Nicole in over 2 weeks so I guess they don’t care. Was going to have them quote a large deck project this spring but that ship has sailed. I’ll never shop there again and will never contact them for any building needs.
