Never imagined how much detail is needed to order a window properly. They showed me how to measure the jamb thickness, and opening size. Very educational. If your thinking of replacing or having your windows replaced this is the place to contact. They delivered the product while I was at work putting it in a safe location in the garage. Thanks for being so helpful
