We had started investigating our mold problem with a well-known out of state company, but immediately felt like we were getting taken advantage of and their customer service was sub-par. We luckily called Patrick and he was so trustworthy and honest. He helped us investigate and talked us through his findings and recommendations with genuine care and concern. He worked so well with our HVAC company (which was not easy and required him to work at odd hours), and I really trust the 3rd party sources he uses including external re-testing using top labs to make sure that our problems were taken care of. He even did his own investigations into a sub-par vent cleaning that we had after the remediation and found a company to actually fix the issue.
